Discovery
We spend a session with your team mapping the processes that cost you time. The ones everyone groans about. The ones that burn senior-staff hours on low-judgement work.
Step 02
Design
I turn that into a shortlist of agentic workflows worth building — what they'd do, what tools they'd use, what guardrails they need, and what the human still owns.
Step 03
Build and install
I write the skills, the scripts, and the scheduled tasks. I configure Claude Code and Cowork on the team's machines. We run the workflows together until they're routine.
Step 04
Handover
You get the playbook, the code, and a team that knows how to extend it. If a workflow wants to become an internal app, we talk about a build.
