We built a unified interface bringing together live AIS vessel tracking, weather overlays, scenario planning tools, and crew welfare check-ins. One screen that tells you everything you need to know when someone you're responsible for is offshore.
Cultural Sector / LLM
A cultural institution had a rigorous qualitative framework for analysing customer experience — valuable, but too labour-intensive to apply consistently. We built an end-to-end LLM-powered application that processes bulk feedback and applies the full framework automatically. What once required weeks of analyst time now runs overnight.
AgriTech / Computer Vision
A client needed reliable ripeness assessment from photographs, at scale. We trained a CNN on 14,000 labelled images and shipped a mobile app with better than 80% accuracy across ripeness classes. From research paper to production app in two weeks.
